Routescan provides blockchain data across multiple networks. The team checks that the data is accurate and consistent, and that our services respond quickly.
We are hiring a QA & Data Enrichment Operations Specialist to organize daily quality checks and enrichment work. You will work on the tasks yourself and improve the processes as you use them.
You will track QA findings and enrichment tasks from assignment through validation, resolution and reporting. You will work with QA contributors, developers, product teams and leadership to keep responsibilities clear and check the completed work.
The role includes direct operational work as well as coordination. You will manage details and build processes that the team can use as the workload grows.
What you will do
You will organize and carry out the quality and enrichment workflows assigned to you.
- Create and maintain the team’s processes and workflows.
- Help evolve QA from a centralized review model into a distributed ownership model, where each team member is responsible for their findings through developer handoff, validation and final completion review.
- Build dashboards and reports that show current workload, priorities and duplication risk.
- Help define and coordinate scope and focus areas across team members based on workload, priorities and individual strengths.
- Improve how teams work together, including release checks and staging environment procedures.
- Follow each deliverable through completion: document findings, coordinate fixes with developers, share internal updates and contact partners when needed.
Internal operations
- Author protocols, workflows and documentation; run training calls and presentations for new processes.
- Build time-tracking and reporting systems from the ground up.
- Use automation, scripts and AI tools to reduce repetitive work.
- Find gaps between teams and address them with clearer processes, tools or automation.
- Analyze priority conflicts between teams.
- Own and continuously improve the team’s operational tool stack: identify needs, research and test new tools and services, recommend or select best-fit solutions within agreed budgets, and lead their rollout and adoption.
- Manage the ongoing lifecycle of relevant tools and vendors, including licenses, access, renewals, usage reviews and performance evaluation.
What you bring
- Fluent in English.
- Practical experience in QA operations, data operations, data enrichment, support operations, product operations, or a similar role.
- Experience creating processes that still work as the team and workload grow.
- Comfortable working across teams and translating issues into clear operational actions.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on root-cause analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently, clarify uncertain requirements and establish repeatable processes.
- Comfortable coordinating with technical teams, leadership, vendors and external partners.
- Strong prioritization skills and good judgment when multiple teams or requests compete for attention.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, automation, scripting, or productivity workflows using AI is a plus.
