@envol3ioi : What were your references for the work done for the magazine?
@lord_flufflord : I’m specifically referencing Maya by Kazuma Kaneko of Atlus, character designer for the first Shin Megami Tensei. This piece has been on my mind for more than 10 years. I usually never reference anything and I prefer freestyling, but for this magazine’s topic I decided to take reference, in admiration. Blue sister Maya is in the exact same pose as Kazuma’s goddess Maya, but my technique is digital airbrush. I could never reach the level of genius as Kaneko tho.
