Food for Thought
Combination of drawing, ai-outputs and digital work.
Food for Thought is an artwork symbolising the levels and spirals of self-understanding over time. It consists of sketches and drawings from different periods of my journey and the ai-outputs on the theme of self-reflection, bringing them together into one canvas and digging deeper, seeking connection points or new emergent patterns. While the title is playful reference to the common saying, there is also a sense of “food” or nourishment to one’s soul coming from self reflection and conscious inquiry, from the act of looking in. At the same time the person is chewing the eye, symbolising the need to process and to integrate one’s seeing/insight, to make it a part of oneself.
